Really happy with the tshirt I’ve had made for #PyConUS
I wanted to go for a “Captcha” style logo to highlight the ongoing problem of fake job candidates across tech hiring.
My plan is to host an Open Space one morning and have a group discussion about the problem, see what issues other people are having, share advice with eachother on how to spot fakes and how to tell if someone is genuine or not.
