Apple has official repair centers all over Iceland. https://getsupport.apple.com/repair-locations?locale=en_IS If this customer doesn’t want to use them for some reason but prefers "third party", for that there is a system for ordering parts to do it yourself. Either a 3rd party repair shop could order from there, or he can fully DIY.
