@veronica@explains.social all that being said, I put some bands in the "hard-rock" category that some friends put in "rock" etc. Your assessment isn't invalid in the least,. obviously. :-)
(As for frontwomen "making" a band not being a rock band, I'm really unsure this is the case nowadays, when considering all the women fronting bands going from pop to death-metal bands – but I'm pretty sure you were not implying this for contemporary bands, were you?)
