@hello At first blush, yeah, but reading through the last half of the bill it specifies "verification" and establishes a 180-day window to define what that actually means.

And given the statement of the person who wrote the bill is that entering a birthdate isn't enough? I really think we should expect the worst case scenario here. In fact, given what he said, on camera, it is not an alarmist position to believe they'll require us to provide a government ID to use a computer at all.
