my recent estrogen level came back at 400 on trough day... scared to death they're gonna cut my dose when i feel the best I ever have for a long time

so, the pfp was an aspirational picrew we did in early days of transition, with no hope of ever feeling like I'm feminine or a woman. Almost 3 years later, I feel okay some days and almost see her peeking out
