I've started unfollowing/muting people who repeatedly share posts clearly written by LLMs. It's disrespectful. If someone doesn't have time to think through what they post, whatever they have to say isn't worth my attention.

@paulg complementary hypotheses: 1) Mastodon’s UX challenges serve as a barrier keeping non-serious people out, and 2) fewer people = lower surface area for trolling. (I.e., it’s not worth their while.)
