I delved into the depths of DistroWatch and found several distributions positioned as "OS for old PC":
• FydeOS — ChromeOS with APK and DEB support
• BesGnuLinux — Debian with a customized JWM
• Super Lite Linux — AntiX with a heavily customized JWM
• FunOS — Ubuntu LTS with the default JWM, but without snaps and tons of preinstalled utilities
I hope one day we'll live in a world where, instead of forking a distribution they like, people just join its development. One day...
Another terrible vulnerability has been discovered in Linux, which means I'll have to manually update the kernel again (for some reason, the AntiX developers are categorically against updating the kernel along with the system). And since a kernel update can break everything, and AntiX has already released a new version, I'm getting used to the idea that I could just reinstall the system. And if I have to reinstall the OS anyway, why not look at something else?

Some Russian users say they can't visit Have I Been Pwned, a service where you can check your data for known leaks. But for some Internet providers the website still opens and works. Apparently, the state does not want its citizens to know that their personal data has been leaked

Perhaps the domains of the Vivaldi browser have been blocked in Russia: Vivaldi Social, user blocks, forum and in some cases synchronization have not been working for 2 days.
