@stefanzweifel@phpc.social I have a similar feeling when I look at my personal website. When I built it the past years I was always quite proud of my achievements. When I look at it now: an AI could built this in a few minutes. I've been thinking more and more about how to escape this. My current answer: go all-in on humanity. Inperfect, honest, with charm. Something an AI would never do.

Maybe it's just me, but I feel like the people who used to make cool things on the web are not only getting harder to find, they're also just... making less stuff. Like there's a slow disengagement happening. Why pour your heart into a personal site or indie project when it drowns in AI noise the second it's out? Does anyone else feel like the good parts of the web are quietly fading?
