Everyone on X is now rage-baiting others by intentionally posting false, racist and controversial posts to farm engagement, all just to earn money. Social network needs to be de-centralised, it needs to be like open internet which no single company or government can control. People often ask why does it matter if government is able to access criminals’ data. There will always be some short term sacrifices required to maintain long term stability. Not able to access this data is the short term sacrifice we must make. If the current government becomes tyrant and starts suppressing opposition voices, it will know who exactly to target if it has access to all data about everyone. In a democracy people need to have more power than govt #privacy
