This morning, I'm watching the #Olympics on #PeacockTV on my web browser (Firefox) while doing other things on my computer. Despite paying $17 for a month of "Premium Plus" to get ad-free viewing, I still have to endure #ads during live broadcasts.

So I go to mute the sound during the ad break, and... the volume control is disabled. (I get around this by muting the browser tab.)

I don't know if this is #enshittification or just your basic capitalism, but either way it sucks.

Ethernet cables are "cat N" cables because there is a number of cats inside the cable running with your packets in their mouth, taking it from the router to the puter and back that's why cat 6 is fast
