Rudy Giuliani managed to squander an incredible amount of unearned Goodwill be had by happening to be NYC Mayor in 2001.

Now he's in bad shape in the hospital and no one cares because of who he showed himself to be.

@Doctor_J_@mastodon.social Just get a regionally appropriate native wildflower seed mix. Depending on the state of your yard, the seed bank in the soil may not be readily accessible without tilling, and it could be full of invasive seeds you don't want. Better to be sure you're growing natives, in my opinion.

I have no plan to watch any Beast Games, but I've watched a couple of videos about people talking about Beast Games, and my main takeaway is that Jimmy Donaldson is one of the most untrustworthy people alive, and absolutely can not understand why the players in his games that he's (unintentionally) designed to encourage cooperation aren't constantly betraying each other for money.

I really like my @frameworkcomputer@fosstodon.org. I dropped my 13" laptop a bit ago and it bent the top cover and broke the display. I was able to swap out the parts really easily, and when I messed up the Wifi cables on the new cover, I was able to swap in the wifi module from the old cover and everything just works.

I would have probably liked to order some of the newly announced replacement parts, but the fact that I can eventually upgrade my 13 to a 13 Pro over time is awesome.

OMG, an episode of High Potential this season has the LAPD using Copilot to assist in an Investigation. Like, MSFT pays for a LOT of product placement, but this was egregious and awful.

@Brian @djlink It's typical to do so during the initial filling when you're just trying to get feedback from the SEC on whether they'll approve the offering. Full public disclosure is still necessary before the actual offering.
