When looking for a new role (or evaluating a current one) I've been using similar approaches to @lara@xoxo.zone’s worksheet.
While it's harder to be picky while tech is going through an upheaval, being clear about must haves, nice to haves and long-term goals makes it easier to avoid the mistake of a misaligned fit when evaluating opportunities.

it’s a rare, empty escalator of the Parliament Station in Melbourne CBD. it used to be the longest escalator in the Southern Hemisphere (30m), but has been surpassed by several others since, including the new State Library Station (42m).
