For real tho as stressful as shit has been this year I am so thankful to be facing it as myself. Year three of hormones has been absolutely insane for me so far, I feel like a different human being it's wild! Stay in school, smoke weed, take estrogen, and never give up hope!

the further I get into this transition thing the more I come to understand how little I actually know about who I am and what I want from life. The simultaneous feeling of both losing my sense of identity from before and finding my true self is a bittersweet trip. I'm starting to finally feel myself both personally and physically and it's almost as terrifying as it is exhilarating, it's fuckin weird!

Don't necessarily know where I'm going with this, it's just been on my mind a lot this last month.

btw the dysphoria situation is at least lessening? That's thankfully been a much needed change of pace. My recent HRT appointment went well! My E is up to like 235 pg/mL, T is down further to 6 ng/dL, and I've gone up to 200mg on my progesterone. 🫣 Hopefully things keep trending positively 🤞😩

@nobody@transfem.social your progesterone is 4x that too? Or do you mean that you take 200mg of progesterone daily? I was originally on 100mg spiro for the first year, but the brain fog was starting to effect my ability work so we dialed it back to 50mg. My T seems to be just as sufficiently suppressed as before, unless a lowered spiro dose could lead to a rise in DHT despite T levels being low.

Upping my progesterone dose to 200mg is about the only thing I can personally think to push for. That and trying to push my estradiol to the upper limits of safety to see if it yields better results.

Could my height be a factor? I'm 5' 11" for reference. I'm really just at a loss here. :(

Also went to the thrift store today and the second I walked in the elderly employees started ranting about trans people; saying shit like transitioning is akin to murder/suicide, and that all trans people are going to hell. Like dude, I'm just trying to shop for a nightstand but go off I guess.
