@rami Hi, weshalb die Einschränkung auf De? Rechtlich machts ja kaum einen Unterschied wo die Person in der EU sitzt 🤔. Kenne nämlich ne Person die perfekt klingt aber halt aus Österreich ist :/ @pretix

Auf eine Anfrage nach internen Infos beim BMI, hat dieses beschieden, dass interne Aufzeichnungen keine Informationen nach dem IFG wären!
Gemeinsam mit d @informationsfreiheit@fedi.at und d @c3wien@chaos.social haben wir eine Beschwerde geschrieben
Anstatt aufgrund der in dieser Beschwerde vorgebrachten Argumente einzulenken, hat sich der BM dafür entschieden, sie dem Bundesverwaltungsgericht vorzulegen
Seit gestern liegt sie nun also beim BVwG! Wird es den Informationscharakter erkennen?
