@minego@pdx.social it affects me badly more often than not :( if there is anything even remotely bothering me it exponentially increases the intensity/emotionally and speed of the thoughts and I end up feeling trapped in my mind with intense rumination on whatever the thing is, often going nonverbal which is half of what makes it feel like being trapped. I try it again sometimes hoping it's different. Some strains are definitely worse for me than others. And I'm always trying hybrid! Idk why it affects me like this. Oh and if I'm feeling any pain anywhere in my body it magnifies it. I guess I'm sharing this bc I feel like I'm the only one who experiences it this way?
