Is #ubuntu now blocking Mullvad IP addresses? I noticed that my updates were failing and thought it was still due to the DDoS attack until I tried disabling Mullvad, and the updates worked.
EDIT: seems to be an issue with mullvads dns servers. wireshark shows in the failed dns responses under flags: Server is not an authority for domain.
