One of my sites did not auto-update to WP 7.0.2. Got an email notification this morning that my administrator password was changed. Oof. This is new to me. How do I properly clean-up? Already deleted the 4 new admin users, changed passwords, rotatd secrets, verified checksums.

@denniskoch@phpc.social Ugh. Yeah, the "for WooCommerce" variant is plugged from a bunch of sources, ie WooCommerce on-boarding or Mailchimp interface. Confuses a lot of people since it never really works out in the end.

After a few years of price hikes and with a yearly renewal coming up, I migrated our email support inboxes from Helpscout to Freescout.

It will save us an easy $90 per month and make me less hesitant about temporarily adding users.

Specifically looking for something that eases creating (native) isolated users & PHP-FPM pools.

They can always fix it by first reducing the size of their dataset, ie configuring the plugin to only keep the last 1-3 years. Maybe I should just write that out in an article somewhere and ask for a fee if they want me to perform the database migration in a less constrained environment.

Providing support to non-paying users of Koko Analytics due to exotic set-ups (mostly multilingual) or tight database resources combined with large datasets is eating up a lot of my time.

Unsure how to best handle it, but it's weighing on me.

Got rid of the 7-day rolling window in favor of a fixed (calendar) week where you state your availability in advance. Any missed rides simply means the rest of that week will be accounted upwards.

- Tweaked the suggestion algorithm to never go more than 3 days without riding.
- Make it clear which rides are being considered for the rolling 7-day window.
- Suggest rest days or when would be a good time for a strength session.

Today's project.

A simple web app that fetches my Strava rides and suggests a workout so that I end up with 150-300 minutes of cardio per week with at least one harder and one longer ride.

I always do this manually in my head, so at least kind of useful for me. 😅

To get people who didn't really need it anyway (or would benefit from something simpler) off of Google Analytics.

You now only pay EUR 169 to use it on an unlimited amount of sites.

All existing customers have been updated to the lower price. There is nothing you need to do for the change to take effect. 💝

New day, new Koko Analytics release. Version 2.3.5 just went out. 🎉

- the aggregation process no longer runs while database migrations are pending or busy
- pruning large datasets is now done in 10K chunks
- the alloptions cache is no longer invalidated on every aggregation run

@jmslbam@toot.re Yeah, noticed that too. But zero issues with the theme so far though. Definitely not as visible or active as Mike is with Ollie. I did test Ollie and really liked it, but Rockbase seemed easier for me to fill in the gaps and add our own content to. I kept getting stuck with Ollie trying to replace placeholders.

After a couple of days of casually reviewing several block based themes, I've decided on Rockbase for a site I'm currently moving back on to WordPress.

It's looking really slick, maxed out WCV score and has just the right amount of patterns.

Did anyone experience a ~75% drop in recorded pageviews between Koko Analytics version 2.2 and 2.3?

I'm talking to one user for which visitors remained the same but pageviews dropped a TON.

While we already ruled out most of the changes between the two versions, I'd like to hear from other users so that I can confidently say "no one else seems to be experiencing this".

NOTE: A tiny drop (0-5%) is to be expected because we implemented improved checks for automated browsing.
