Ah, great point @KenWhitesell@mastodon.social regarding the HTMX numbers! Absolute vs relative comparison got me there. For experience, I 100% agree that this does show people are staying and becoming more experienced (which is great!). I was having a hard time proving to myself that new people are coming to Django.

• #HTMX is still going strong, but interesting that it's growth seems to have plateaued.
• Interesting to see so many are using AI to learn #Django.
• I think I'm reading too much into this, but "Django developers are a very experienced" says to me that there are not a lot of young (or at the very least, new) people using Django. Maybe they are just coming to Django later in their careers? I feel like I need a "How long have you been using Django?" question to get a better idea.

I've had a rough few weeks. Going to start this week strong by listening to @djangochat@fosstodon.org and reading the results of the 2025 #Django survey!
