@davidgerard@circumstances.run yeah exactly, this is roughly what I've done, clean with isopropyl first, make sure don't scratch the die, then peel off one side, stick, peel off the other, put the radiator on. your link has a good tip with the freezer, haven't tried that but makes sense to me

@davidgerard@circumstances.run just got the module in post and installed it, fan is not screechy anymore ! for the sticky sheet situation, I bought https://www.trmfy.co.uk/genuine-honeywell-ptm7950-85wmk - kinda fiddly to get the protective plastic off, needed a scalpel and tweezers, otherwise seems working, I can take a look if I have logs from thinkfan or something that I could compare before and after, haven't thought of that tbh before after I just swapped the modules
