@vickyjo @Tarah that's exactly what my team does... but we're heavily focused on UK for CNI. We're already pretty highly regulated, and on the water side, almost standardised. Architecture, protocols, etc. And each company operating here has a lot of customers.
Once you move into rural water in the US, things can take a lot of different turns. There are truly tiny companies out there.
