WTF does this docker error mean and why am I even seeing it, this is a podman machine trying to launch a podman-compose file and fuck this it's the weekend and this feels like work

Cannot be arsed to try and fix it right now.
*Fixed*
- uninstall podman, podman compose, docker and docker compose
- reinstall docker using the docker.io upstream
- add my user to the docker group
- start docker
- use the docker compose file in the repo
- test by playing UK birdsong youtube videos

But these folks seemed to be much more thoughtful, and they're in my old stomping grounds of Sheffield, so I took a punt.

@blaine we're used crdr stuff to build a move our editor from single user to collaborative experience. Really interesting tech. Scaling it (websockets etc) might.prove interesting.
