I've been a Linux user for more than 30 years. And out of those 30 years, I've been running Debian for the past 20. But since their decision to use AI or not is still "up in the air", I've been testing distributions that are vocally against AI usage, just in case I have to make the switch. For the past week, I've been running @elementary@mastodon.social on an extra desktop. And yes, before any of you reply, all Linux distributions are now tainted by the Linux kernel (thanks, Torvalds), but the elementary team have been vocally against any other AI usage and I really respect this. Anyway, I've been using it for a week or so and it's very stable, absolutely beautiful, and is backed by a wonderful team. 5/5 stars.
