Do we musical adhd people have music bouncing around in our head all the time?

Pretty much most of my life I thought everyone had this (as well as vivid imagination) but now I dont think its as common. Like I can cue up any song in my head and it plays through, all the instruments relatively separated etc. A similar thing happens for writing music, I can write song after song and rarely feel like I “dont have any ideas”. Sometimes I wish that power could actually be utilized…

I’d recommend reading The Power Of Now. Its actually life changing. If this book replaced all religions, I bet we would have close to a utopia overnight. The premise is simple, and you highlighted it in your stories. There is nothing but the Now. Dwelling on the bad past is pain. The worry of the future is pain. There can be no joy in either. All you ever have is the Now. It takes mind training to get into that mindset, but its truly freeing. There’s no sky daddy. No misogonyst racist preachers. Its just You, Life, and Now. And I am not some hippy dippy person who thinks energy crystals make you younger. I’m a wrencher and a PC nerd and I don’t do yoga. But I definitely recommend that book to everyone.

Names and remembering

Is it a common thing for ADHD or au/ADHD people to be weird with names? For example, I don’t like my name. I don’t really like when people say it either. I also rarely call other people by name unless I’m absolutely sure I know it, because getting it wrong is terrifying. I much prefer “man, bud, hey you”. People tell me its because I’m selfish and don’t care about others, because I can remember every year that certain albums were released from certain bands, but I can’t remember my neighbors name who talks to me maybe once every 3 months or the person I just met 5 minutes ago.

Like many here, I don’t use google services and I disable everything i possibly can that’s related to it. However, I realized if I lose my phone, I’m boned. And whoever has it could probably bypass my lock. I found FMD on f droid. Any other good programs out there? Phone is an s23 (unfortunately)

There’s certain files you can tell the browser to generate that is basically a list of all that stuff. Then just point librewolf to them. Pretty sure the librewolf website has a step by step guide.
