A sword dangles over the Earth by a strained, taut string that could snap at any moment. We’re already living on borrowed time—what to do with it? There’s no telling even if there’s time enough left to fix this. This sacred and profane time outside of time, extra innings to settle the score forever.

Whatever you’re doing in your life that supports empire in any way, you’ve got to stop if it’s possible. Slow down. Sabotage. Gum up the works and throw a wrench in for good measure. Pressure from within and without will be needed to prevent like a millennium of darkness or whatever the fuck!

All of us have far more common cause with working class Iranians, Cubans, Palestinians and Venezuelans than with any US billionaire. We can either realize this soon and act accordingly in solidarity or suffer and perish together, but either way our fates are linked.

I really don’t ask much of other people, which is why it’s a constant frustration when they continually fail to meet even my dirt-low expectations.

When you create a society that rewards antisocial behavior, punishes compassion and penalizes need & vulnerability, you get a society of assholes held together by the thinnest thread of self-interest. That might work well enough when things are going well, but when shit hits the fan, it detonates.

You’ve gotta overclock your body or you’re cheating yourself. If you die without moderate damage to all of your organs, you could’ve lived more. Same with debt—there’s no prize for balancing your estate’s finances.
