@nriley@mstdn.social More practically, working in a subset of AppKit, heck, a subset of all the Mac OS X / macOS APIs to do low-level hardware access across the range of OS releases required for those slices. 10.5 (last ppc32) through 11 (first aarch64) is straight up insane.
