@zora okay thats very good to know that its not been proven to work. for the record im not trying to "speed up my transition" either, i just have this idea in my head that i should do everything i can right now to make my body look better for the future, like ive been putting off losing weight and exercising for that reason, but i realise that its a process and that over a long enough span things will "work themselves out" so to speak. so based on this (and some more discussion ive had with others) i think im just gonna get back to exercising and not worry about the feminisation. thanks for you answer i really appreciate it ❤️

@izzy 3kg is nuts 😭 thats good to know that i might also need to pay attention to bulking in case my weight slowly creeps into unhealthy numbers

@izzy yeah im currently at 65kg, hovering more to the top end, my plan was to exercise and eat healthier to get it down. thats very good to know that exercise might help. whats weird as well is that its been very easy to lose weight for me, i was dieting before and stopped around the time i started HRT and ive been already losing weight like crazy so ive tried to keep my weight up (via eating unhealthy food 😭) so its good to know i should just start doing what i wanted to do and itll all be fine thanks so much for the advice! ❤️

Hey can anyone help me with some general HRT advice?

I'm about 2 and a half months on estrogen & t-blockers right now, and I've read on websites like diyhrt cafe, hrt coffee etc that you want a bit more weight before beginning transition so that body fat can be re-distributed throughout your body.

However I was doing some reading into it the last week or so, on reddit there's a lot of discussion about losing weight, and gaining it back while on HRT "so the fat can develop in other areas".

I've been wanting to lose some weight for the last year or so, and I've suspended that for now but I'm wondering if I should get back on it? Can anyone clear some of this up for me because I'm very confused.
