@rmondello@hachyderm.io my family is from Pakistan and similar to the other commenters:
- be careful with water (buy bottled water)
- be careful of dairy, seafood, or foods washed in water, ex: lettuce
The locals handle it fine but if you’re not used to it you can develop food poisoning, speaking from experience. I’ve never been to India specifically so can’t help much more but I know this applies for both countries unfortunately.
