And I don't mind that the limits aren't precisely defined. I like a bit of strategic vagueness in written language. I think that's one of text's advantages over film. Not that you can't be vague in film; just that it seems easier in text.
@GramrgednAngel@beige.party I've always hated this phrase. Does "turn of the 19th century" mean it's just before, or just after, the beginning, or end, of the 19th century? Does it mean 1799? 1801? 1899? 1901?
