my computer is a representation of my mind; messy, disorganized, and full of noise and clutter at all times

@recursive@hachyderm.io the more I learn about computers the more I realize they're actually very simple circuits that have been condensed and multiplied with each generation to perform more functions, but because there's billions of transistors in a smartphone it seems like magic, I remember wondering how people figured out how to make machines this complex

I started working on Korobeiniki (commonly known as the Tetris theme song) in Fami Studio. I am having a hard time with the transition but it's a work in progress.

@izder456 Linux and macOS user here
I typically make a few tweaks to my desktop environment for improving usability, but nothing drastic. On macOS I have a script that configures it all for me, I do not have one for KDE currently.
I make use the terminal pretty heavily, and tend to put a lot of work into tweaking command line programs like vim. I treat the command line as another medium for interacting with the computer, often write code in a terminal window with vim, and like that it can be scripted and automated.

@littlemisssynth I haven't tried Steam yet, this is a fresh install of Kubuntu and it's hard to do things without a keyboard and mouse
