I cannot express how uncomfortable it is to have a # at the end of your command prompt. I'm setting up a new webserver and, instead of setting you up with a user with sudo privileges, the server host makes you log in as root to begin with. Icky!

Can someone explain how a device that has no accelerometer or gyroscope and only one camera could possibly function as an AR device? (hint, the answer is almost certainly "no, calling it AR is a blatant marketing lie")

@AnarchoNinaWrites@oliphant.social I'm starting to think that profits should be illegal. Pay your employees, pay your vendors, and, if there's anything left over, hire more people, add employee benefits, advertise, and otherwise grow the business.
I see no benefit whatsoever that profits bring to society and quite a lot of negatives.
@luciedigitalni@aus.social Monopoly variants all play exactly the same as standard games, however Risk variants usually have their own special rules, gameplay elements, and unique end conditions. For example: the LoTR Risk has a non-player fellowship token that ends the game in favour of the good guys if it reaches Mt Doom. I'm not sure what elements would be added to Canberra Risk. Maybe, if the Greens ever reach the cabinet everyone wins except the mining magnates.
