I pay for YouTube Premium, so I avoid a lot of the 'shit' on there (ads).
I have recognised to actually click on the subscriber's button to actually see a time ordered feed of just my subbed to people, rather than using the default home feed which seems to be recommending the same things over and over and over lately

ANYONE who is just bulk posting other peoples stuff = "don't recommend channel".
People who just grifting the "reaction video" nonsense = "don't recommend channel"
