What a lovely season of activity this time of year is...
Bean frames up, more rainwater collection installed, tomatoes planted out, lots more baby plants growing!

I've been a bit sluggish on the updates here, but lots happening 🌱
Polytunnel broad beans looking beautiful and tall. First early potatoes coming up. Lovely pretty edible violet cress bringing delight to my senses 🥰

Some updates in the new year! 🌱 Lots of growth and beauty to witness.
Outside the garlic is looking vibrant, the broad beans keeping going (if a little dirty looking), some nice and pretty radicchio lettuce, and the purple sprouting broccoli looking very purple.

Tasty winter veg 😋
Swedes happily in the ground still.
Purple sprouting broccoli emerging a little early (magic winter-y crop!), and kalettes and broad beans coming along nicely.

Some nice autumn veg, a pumpkin, some parsnips, last of the kohlrabi, and some beetroots.
Last year we lost a bunch of beetroots in the frosts, so I was eager to avoid that this time round, they store quite well, so should keep us going for a while.
