@alex@gamerstavern.online For me it's a bit of both. 90% of short is not interesting, and the 10% that is interesting I'd rather watch more long format. I'm already distractable enough, don't need to deliberately shorten my attention span even further.

@jamie@gamerstavern.online @alex@gamerstavern.online In case you're watching on phone I recommend using YouTube revanced. You can rip any section, like shorts, completely out. For tv, it's Smarttube that can do pretty much the same.
Got myself a new tech challenge for the summer days. Found a nice deal on a old second-hand Thinkpad T480. These old Thinkpads are super popular amongst the Linux tinkerers. I'm going to learn from their examples. First challenge; see if I can get Libreboot on there to replace the BIOS.
