@jonobennett@mastodon.me.uk I understand from the Wiki that railway station represents the "activity", so if no train activity is to be observed, it's disused:

The "infrastructure", like buildings, has its own tags.

@mlerjen@tooting.ch I'd think of building + layer=-1 and tunnel=building_passage, because the picture shows a deliberate human-made arrangement of stones into a walled building. This doesn't exclude also mapping the natural=rock_overhang under which the building is.
