Just made final jeeb payment. Now just need to make $100 a day selling bred and veggies to be break even. Should be possible, just will need to sell like 6 loaves of bred and $60 of veggies to do that and pay for gas. Now that temps are cooler I'll get my mushroom tent going too and maybe harvest some honey. Hoping I make like 3x the break even amount, then I will just have to sell shit like 3 days a week to be moving forward again. Might try to just do it every day tho for the next couple months while veggie production going good. At least I can chill on my porch in the mornings while baking shit for 5 hours. Can wake up at 10 and bake till 3 and then sell from 4 till wheneves. Nice that is legal for me to just park on main street and hock my stuff. And have starlink on my jeeb so I can just watch youtube or work on CAD(minecraft) while selling stuffs.
Ordered a vevor bread slicer... got to get kitchen organized and cleaned and fix the uwo slab style hole in the kitchen ceiling over the next couple days.

@dassauerkraut@shortstacksran.ch The state keeps trying to get me to be an inspector, but the pay is shit. Might look into that too, the hours might be not too bad. Having an engineering degree makes me an outlier of all the licensed electricians here.

Some electricians around here charge $120 an hour... makes it tempting. Especially since I can do PLC stuffs that most can't do. I want to be able to run to Thailand winters tho and people don't like it when you are gone and their shit breaks.
Really should just be an electrician and simplify my life, but would rather have 10 businesses that each make 5-10k and won't kill me because wrong breaker turned off.
Parents might be giving out some shit to us kids as they do their divorce. They don't want each other getting things and would rather chillens get the things. Might be getting a Bobcat and ditchwitch which would help immensely building my shop. My dad is weird about lending out his equipment so kinda unexpected.

I probably need at least 25k bricks by next summer. At 50¢ a brick I think would def be worth my time to spend a few months making bricks. Shit ton of perlite ordered. Gonna need to cut a shit ton of firewood too.
Since I have a greenhouse half empty at friends place I could use that area to stack sun dried bricks until I get the land bought to fire them in a kiln. Could probably even build a shitty temporary kiln out of them to do an initial firing so I wouldn't have to spend a grand on bricks to build a real kiln. If I make my own bricks for building the kiln I can probably add some extra sand and perlite to them to make them more heat resistant. Don't want my arched kiln roof to turn into pudding and collapse.
Gonna work in the cow killing factory tomorrow doing concrete work.... really want to buy that toolbox for my welder.

Holy shit, I just saw a tesla truck with a riding lawn mower in the back. First time I've seen something being hauled with one other than groceries.

Ended up filling 18 quarts of cherry tometo and pepper mix. Now to pressure cook it.
Picked a 5 gallon bucket of cherry tomatoes and another of green is my bell peppers and jaylapenos. Gonna shobe into jars and pressure cook em. Might try doing cowboy candy with the spicy ones tho. Future me gonna be stoked.

Relative wants to borrow my welder. Have to resist ordering a lime green 56" harbor freight tool box to mount my tig/mig welder and my argon & C25 bottles to and have space for all welding tools... Would work very well, the drawers are even wide enough I could have one dedicated to tig filler rods and the chonky drawer could hold welding helmet and face shield.

Since raising fish for meat is wrong livelyhood, I'm gonna attempt ~70-80 deg water for my aquaponics systems with Koi and tropical fish. Might have to have a colder system too for lettuce. Or spray the water on the roots and have airflow on the roots to cool them evaporativly to prevent bolting.

A lot of the grape vines I thought were dead that I planted 21 months ago actually came back to life with the rains the past month, so glad I didn't replant last fall.
replanted the holes in my vineyard with some frontenac grapes I had propagated this winter. hopefully they live planting at the start of this heat wave. Got the drip line up and running again at least. Put some thomcord seedless along my front porch as well.... probably a huge mistake.
