When I was a kid in the Rogue Valley, my brothers and I were raised by a single mom. It was really tough for a few of our formative years, and I recall Mom dropping us at local Christian organizations for necessarily free day care a few times.

Quoting an unnamed ex-White House official saying Oregon was next in line:
