@helenasteinhaus @Sanktionsfrei Das kafkaeske daran ist, dass selbst wenn man gerichtlich dagegen vorgehen würde u. eine Übernahme der Wohnkosten durch das JC erstreiten würde, es eine Entscheidung für diesen gesonderten Fall, bei diesem JC u. dieser Leistungsabteilung bleibt. Es wird keine unmittelbare Auswirkung auf gleichgelagerte Fälle im jeweiligen JC ergeben, geschweige denn auf Bundesebene. Der Verwaltungsapparat wird unbehelligt davon, seine Entscheidungen erneut so treffen.

@tagesschau Trumpism - Made in Germany. Merz und sein Kabinett entblößen im Windschatten der AfD ihre autokratisch-autoritären Wurzeln. Auf EU-Ebene wird unter der Hand mit den rechtsextremen und reaktionären Parteien - unter Federführung Weber (CSU) - eine Replika der politischen Ideologie vorangetrieben. Deutschland ist auf dem besten Weg den europäischen Geist systematisch zu zerstören.

@jensclasen Ehrlicher wäre, dass es im Vergleich zu den EU-Mtgl.staaten ein weiteres Geständnis der dt. Politik ist, den Markt immer vor den Bürger zu stellen.
