Workshop Leaks:
Im "Manual about Me" haben alle Teilnehmenden (TL, PO, PM) ihr Verständnis für Agilität erklärt. (Iterative, Inspect & Adapt, etc.)
In der zugrunde liegenden Aufgabe, nach 2 Tagen eine erste Version eines Workingagreements zu erstellen, sind ausnahmslos alle in die "Edgecase-Falle" getappt. Auch mit Liberating-Structures-Methoden wie 15% Soluten im 1 -2 -4 -ALL Modus kamen sie da nicht raus.
Also: Nochmal ran und #Agile im Alltag "trainieren".
Trotzdem war es ein Erfolg Win!

Bayern ist ja schon hübsch. Auf Dauer ist es mir irgendwie zu glatt, zu sehr Bilderbuch. Ich mag Glitches. In der Natur, im Leben, bei Menschen, in der Musik. Einfach überall.
Schon damals, als ich 1996 weggezogen bin, hat mich das nicht mehr interessiert. Hamburg oder Berlin war einfach viel interessanter für jemanden wie mich.
