Uruk/Warka, situated in modern-day Iraq, is one of the first cities in the world. During the Seleucid period (3–2 century BCE), Uruk was an important religious centre.
We scientifically reconstructed the Bit Resch, Irigal, Bit Akitu, and the Eanna and Anu Ziggurats of the Seleucid Period.
For the reconstruction process, we considered variations whenever the archaeological evidence was inconclusive. This led to the creation of two distinct models.
