On Fridays, Shortwave Radiogram is currently preceded by RAE Argentina al Mundo broadcasting via WRMI on 15770kHz.

The broadcast is often affected by a RTTY like signal which can only be avoided by switching to USB or tuning up the dial a little bit.

The Roberts RC-828 (Sangean ATS-818ACS) is a recent find at my local charity shop.

Today's Winter Solstice broadcast of Shortwave Radiogram includes many festive images.

Received in Hampshire England using a Belka (Gen 3) receiver and tuned wire antenna.

My new Belka radio goes on its first field trip to the woods.

Reception conditions were poor to fair, but the radio itself seems to be a great performer.

The 5.11 RUSH 12 backpack proved to be a very comfortable and versatile radio expedition bag with lots of room for expansion.

What better way to enjoy a book than to go to the local woods and tune into KBS World Radio for some nice background music.

The tiny box sitting on the Astron SS 30 AP power supply is a fan-less MeLE Quieter 3C mini PC, running as a head-less Windows 11 machine with FLDIGI. It's currently decoding WEFAX.

Using my FT-891 only for digital modes and shortwave listening, my protective carry case doesn't need to accommodate use of a microphone.
