To be fair he did have a campaign staff, likely nothing comparable to establishment ones but he had a lot of volunteers, etc. To the extent muh political solution is still viable I would be interested to see a WN candidate who can hold his autism in public a little better and has say $2-5 million in funding (very doable even without big money (((donors))) IMO)

@Will2Power@poa.st @EvilSandmich@poa.st He was a complete amateur and a bit of a sperg too. We really do just need to reach the tipping point where smart and successful people don’t feel they’re throwing their life away by pursuing these politics openly. That day will come.
Also important to note how small the total vote count for these primaries are. It is very easy to tip the balance when some of these vote totals are less than 13k. Much less ability to gatekeep these primaries than the general. Much to think about.

Yeah he was just a guy on Twitter who was kinda like "I guess I'll do this" because no one else would pick up the ball. Someone with a tiny bit more skill and a tiny bit more resources could pull off the win (thus the need to pack Ohio with Haitians and Somalis).

There's the pitched battle hesitancy issue here. People want to engage in battle and are fairly confident we could win, but nobody wants to be in the first wave. The first rank of the first column, because they'll take the heaviest casualties.

Yes this exactly and that was my hope for Casey, that one of Our Guys who is more astute would see him taking the first arrows and think "why not me?". The beatdown the treacherous incumbent GOP rats took in Indiana probably would help too.

He has money, but not "Vivek Money" and I got the impression that like a lot of well-off White guys their money is tied up in assets, not sitting in a Scrooge McDuck money vault of financial chicanery.

Yes, but that's what I mean: the amount of money on the other side is insane, so even with much higher per-dollar effect, a challenger still needs a considerable amount of money. The same old donors won't touch this until it's ruling the country, and there aren't nearly enough non-broke supporters to finance it with small donations, so someone will have to put at least part of his fortune on the line.

I dunno, if Casey was even, like, a county commissioner he'd have a regional base he could fundraise off of to at least get started.
I've mentioned before that I'm probably the lowest elected plebe in the state, but even with my political anti-skills and negative political weight the role has put me in touch with "people who know people who know people".

Putsch said nothing untrue. Trump is evil, Israel is evil, and Boomers are evil. It might not be the most prudent tack to take in a GOP whose primaries are still dominated by Trump-loving Boomers when you could've laser-focused on H1Bs, but the vipers coming out to denounce him, from Faguentes to the FAGA shills, are all dishonest and wedded to the two-party paradigm than actually protecting the interests of people over vampiric elites.
