@mxfraud@tabletop.social @nebby@is.not-a.top @everythingisimportant@tldr.nettime.org hello im sentient yes, i am doriane, this page is managed by me :) i am an artist, designer, dev and teacher. often in those practice i am screenshotting a lot of both inspiring or silly things over many online spaces, and that include fedi. I relly on screenshots as a form of research material: they can end up in a text i write, or a image gallery on a website, or beamed in a public talk to explain something i want to convey. i learn a lot, and get inspired, from collecting those and i love to share ideas and re-articulate them through my own subjectivity. because habitually in my practice those screenshots comes from many different places that makes it often very hard to share them in their original digital materiality, or to link the original poster (which sometimes isn't desired at all), also accounts and posts and platforms constantly dissapear or change, a screenshot captures in pixel the little moment the thing was there, and makes it archivable withing a larger mess of stuff on my hardrive. Yet i keep the informations of the original poster visible in pixel form whenever i can. i hope it make sense. of course if you would like me to remove that screenshot, or tag you in the screenshot post, or share the actual post additionnally, please tell me! i can change :)
