  There's a real pent-up demand for a Linux distribution as nicely made as Fedora or Elementary, but focused on providing a more classic, retro experience but *with* all the modern amenities.   I really despise what libadwaita has done to the GTK ecosystem.   The fact that protest and free speech in Ukraine can and is having clear and direct effect is the reason Ukraine will eventually decidedly win. It works as an amazing correcting force whenever Zelensky does one of his dumbass moves, and makes it far more likely that the right people end up/remain in the right places. Social media actually plays a positive role here. The distance between the people in the trenches and the home front is a hell of a lot shorter than in the past because of it. Unha...
