It sees itself as an European alternative to the big tech social media platforms, specifically since the Trump administration took over last year, and stands against hate speech.   I just installed the best streaming service on my TV. No Ads, only my favourite movies and series, and no monthly fees! Big shout out to the Jellyfin2Samsung project for providing a one-click solution to install @jellyfin on my "old" TV. Apparently a TV from 2022 is already too old to get software updates.   So, I started to volunteer in our local community centre to help (mostly) elder people with their computer and smartphone problems. It's fascinating. We have people there up to their 90s and they are all every open for change. We remove ad ID's from phones, change default browsers, switch from MS Office to #Libreoffice. And for next time I already have a date with an elder lady to switch her old Windows 10 laptop to Linux Mint. And she is not the only one! What a time to be...

  Researched a cable on Amazon that I needed. Went to the electronic market chain which offered an equal cable for double to third the amount of price. Went back home again. Found the local company of that cable from Amazon and bought it in their own online shop for the Amazon price with express delivery included. \o/
