  Everytime I feel a bit down, I read about good folks doing good things surrounded by good people helping them. Loving v Virginia is a thing like that. A couple where the husband was white, the wife First Nation and black, fought against the laws in their home state Virginia against interracial marriage and won. Mildred Loving, being an absolute queen also issued a statement in support of samesex marriage in the US before passing onward in 2008.

  Again, when feeling down - another tactic is reading up on things I adore. Onfim is one of them. He was a little boy about 7 years old, 800 years ago in Novgorod who was a bit cheeky and used the birch bark note paper ment for class to doodle.   A looks-maxxing influencer passed away in Thailand yesterday. Connor Murphy acted erratic and rushed in to sea leaving a ruined apartment behind him. And that is looks-maxxing, a barely separate ideology from black pill sexism where you are a failure as a man and the only way to fix it is a cocktail of testo, steroids and (no lie) meth and more. Its self harm at its purest. Yes the people doing it are pretending to do it for ideals and more but so does others in other groups.

  Had a sudden memory of me and my mums dog Max (sadly passed) digging together. It was the most intense feeling of togetherness I've ever had. He dug until he hit a rock, looked up at me, and me and my monkey fingers god the rock out and moved it and he kept digging until he hit another rock and looked up at me as if going "ok your time to shine primate-dude!" and I did. I don't know what we where trying to dig up, and tbh I think neither did he - but we enjoye...

  God allmighty let me die like Yukio Mishima - lost in his own body dysmorphia tied to a fantasy of ridiculous proportions and a final act a farce before my best friend attempts to cut my head off with a sword and failing. There is something intensely poetic in the way Mishima died. An example of fruitless fantasy and impotent urgency meeting to create a comedy out of a drama.

  First time being totally star struck by proxy. A guy we did a move for was friends with Elisabeth Ohlson Wallin who's exhibition of Biblical scenes with LGBTQ people got the Swedish church in a spat with the Vatican back in the day. This guy was also in Wallin's trans exhibition as part of the Caravaggio inspired painting "The Doubter" (he's the guy in the red sweater) and had a print of it. Elisabeth lived too damn short :/

  I got stuck listening to the old Swedish comedy song "Blanda Upp" (mix it up) by the fake-dorky-rapper "Xtra" and the humour group Grotesco.
