  before transitioning i could hardly regulate my temperature at all, and anything above 21°C would more or less incapacitate me but now it's HRT day 1410 and i just took an hour long walk in a sunny 30°C and a light breeze, and i feel fine! i did not expect transitioning to not only reveal a nervous system disorder but also significantly fix it. sometimes i wonder if my body might actually be even more trans than i am 😙

(swedish link to flamman, a socialist news site) the örebro party are mainly known for using unusually aggressive rhetorics and racism. in the article, berntsson specifically mentions supporting the örebro party's politics of forced repatriation of swedish citizens born abroad.

  i've been running out of supplements and haven't had enough money lately for refills, so i've been able to learn more about their effects two weeks ago i ran out of NAC, one week ago the multivitamins with methylated b vitamins. and since yesterday i'm back to the way i was before autumn last year when i started taking them: struggling to get up and move around the house, needing at least an hour or two just to get out the door for a walk. i'm sleepy all the time even though...

  one funny thing i've noticed is how when i talk about my experiences with psychological abuse like gaslighting and DARVO etc, strangers will occasionally show up to talk at length about how i'm actually wrong in what i'm saying, implying that it's really just in my head, and what i'm saying is actually kind of offensive to them, and so on you know? and that's funny because i guess it's another mind reading method! when i talk about being exposed to that kind of abuse...

  part of my approach to getting through the trans healthcare gatekeeping here is to lookup all the staff i encounter on facebook, to check their political posts etc. it's useful to know who i'm dealing with. as a side-effect i pick up some stuff about their private lives too, but whatever, they made public posts about it so it's all good so late at night yesterday i got a tinder notification about someone having swiped right on me. and it's my GIC doctor's partner

  i think those tests will eventually get scrapped because they'll end up bringing unwanted attention to the fact that phenotypical sex isn't binary. the purpose is to bolster the cisbinary gender norms of only fertile and primarily white women being accepted as "true" women. but ultimately i think the tests will do the opposite, and then the gender fundamentalists won't like it anymore. their whole worldview is self-defeating and they prove it again and again every time they...
