  Off to the optician later. That'll be the eighth time I've left the house in 2026. Used to have ridiculously good eyesight but I've now got to the point of having to hold my phone at arm's length to read anything... Shall I go for half-moon reading glasses or the full Edna Everage?

  Do I know anyone on here who has experience of being the appointee for a family member's PIP (or DWP interactions in general)?
