Do I know anyone on here who has experience of being the appointee for a family member's PIP (or DWP interactions in general)? I have a question about admin/record-keeping and would really appreciate a bit of advice from someone who's done it. No personal or sensitive info required! All the online advice is vague or sloppy and my fogged brain can't sort through it.

@eleanorrees I am an appointee for my son. They address all letters to me and on the phone I can represent him without him needing to be present. Never had any problems
