@eleanorrees I am an appointee for my son. They address all letters to me and on the phone I can represent him without him needing to be present. Never had any problems

@janisarmstrong That's so good to know, thank you! Can I ask - when they say that records of expenditure need to be kept, does that mean you literally have to keep a set of accounts for outgoings? Or just that they could potentially ask to see bank statements?
