  Does anyone know the mechanism through which phone handsets know what the appropriate display name is for a Cell Broadcast alert? Is it embedded in the message, metadata exchanged when connecting to a cell, baked into the OS, or something else? Basically I’m curious why some phones got a “Critical AusAlert” in today’s test and others got it as a “Presidential Alert”, in more technical detail than just “that’s what it’s called in America”
